OFGMR members are
volunteers and participate according to their own priorities. The
Regiment has several companies (local area groups) organized so a member
can be active locally as well as have opportunities to reenact in
Statewide, Regional and National events. While there are no
activity requirements to maintain a membership, the Regiment has a
variety of programs designed to reward members for enthusiastic
participation, including Schools of the Soldier, a Service Stripe award
program as well as promotions within the ranks and others.
